About Retro Glamour

Two women smiling, one with short red hair and glasses, the other with shoulder-length blonde hair and glasses, standing close together indoors.

Retro Glamour began as a shared love of fashion between a mother and daughter — Sheree and Mikayla — and grew into something much bigger than clothes.

What started with a passion for thrifting, styling, and breathing new life into forgotten garments became a clear calling: to create fashion that feels personal, expressive, and kind to the planet.

Together, Sheree and Mikayla curate pre-loved and vintage pieces and transform them into one-of-a-kind, upcycled designs. Every garment is thoughtfully selected, carefully customised, and reimagined with intention — celebrating individuality, creativity, and sustainability in equal measure.

At Retro Glamour, fashion isn’t about chasing trends or mass production. It’s about slowing down and choosing pieces with soul. Clothes that tell a story. Clothes that have lived before — and are ready to live again in a new way.

Each piece is designed to help the wearer feel confident, expressive, and unapologetically themselves — turning everyday outfits into living works of art.

Retro Glamour exists for those who care about how their clothes are made, where they come from, and the impact they leave behind. For those who believe style can be both beautiful and conscious. And for those who want to wear something truly unique — because no two stories, or people, are ever the same.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

At Retro Glamour, sustainability isn’t a trend — it’s the heart of everything we do.

We believe fashion can be expressive, beautiful, and responsible all at once. That’s why we focus on pre-loved, vintage, and upcycled clothing, giving quality garments a second life instead of contributing to the cycle of fast fashion and unnecessary waste.

Every piece in our collection is thoughtfully curated and, where possible, customised or reworked to create something truly one-of-a-kind. By choosing existing garments and transforming them with care, we reduce the demand for new production while celebrating creativity and individuality.

We intentionally work in small batches and release limited pieces. This keeps our process mindful, reduces excess, and ensures each item receives the attention it deserves. No mass production. No duplicates. Just meaningful fashion with a story.

Sustainability, for us, is also about connection and longevity — encouraging people to invest in pieces they love, wear often, and keep for years to come.

When you choose Retro Glamour, you’re choosing fashion that respects the past, honours the present, and considers the future.
