We ship from Whyalla, South Australia & pack each Retro Glamour piece with care.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During peak periods, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use Easyship to provide reliable and competitive delivery options.
Depending on your location and chosen service, your parcel may be delivered by carriers such as:

  • Australia Post

  • Aramex

  • CouriersPlease

  • DHL

  • or other reputable courier partners

Shipping options and prices are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, parcel size, and weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on courier demand and location.

Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Express International: 3–10 business days

Please note that remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Parcel weight and dimensions

  • Courier service selected

From time to time, Retro Glamour may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress directly through the courier’s website.

International Orders & Customs

For international deliveries:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon delivery.

  • Customs processes can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or household members.

  2. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

  3. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will assist where possible.

Retro Glamour is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Split Shipments

Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse location or courier availability. You will receive tracking information for each parcel if this occurs.

RETURNS

At Retro Glamour, we take great care in curating and reworking unique pieces.

As many of our items are vintage or one-of-a-kind, please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at retroglamour_@outlook.com, including photos where possible, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Vintage & Reworked Items – Important Notes

Due to the nature of vintage and reworked garments:

  • Minor signs of wear, repair, or variation are considered part of the garment’s story and character

  • Any notable flaws will always be described in the product listing

These characteristics are not considered faults.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or altered items

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance (where clearly marked)

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless required under Australian Consumer Law)
